Considering the frequency

Having just 'slaved' away putting together the printed copy of the December 2010 issue of Clumbers, I got to musing over some ideas. Please vote on the following questions to help me come to a decision that will help me to better serve the Clumber and its community :-)
My main thought was to publish as a print on demand an 'annual' - to contain the same type of material we do now, like the clubs' annual show reports, breeder and owner interviews, guest authors, book reviews, and perhaps some photo and art competitions.
Please complete the six individual questions below (balloting closes Christmas Day)

How do you feel about Clumbers coming out once a year instead of four times?

You currently pay AUD$40 for black & white interior printed (that's 4 issues x 36 pages, equals 144pp), what price would you pay for just one issue a year? Let's say for example 100 pages minimum with a full colour interior? (delivery would be extra)

You currently pay AUD$40 for black & white interior printed (that's 4 issues x 36 pages, equals 144pp), what price would you pay for just one issue a year? Let's say for example 100 pages minimum with a full b&w interior? (delivery would be extra)

At this stage, I can still see being able to offer the e-PDF files for online subscribers at $20, the PDF would be presented in several small PDF files for easy download

What would be your preferred format, prepaid sub which gives you the sub price as a discount off the cost of the book, or no commitment up front? Either would announce the issue by email to you.
